Christopher is the driving force behind Brickbiz and a highly experienced leader on site. Since beginning his bricklaying career in 2011, he has built a reputation for exceptional attention to detail, strong crew leadership, and the ability to consistently deliver quality work at scale. His approach to team structure, work sequencing, and on-site coordination has helped shape the systems Brickbiz operates by today, creating more efficient delivery for both the business and the builder. His ability to organise crews and methods in the most effective way possible is a major reason Brickbiz performs so strongly across its projects.

Julian Licata

Managing Director

Julian has been instrumental to Brickbiz’s direction and development, carrying forward a family legacy in bricklaying that spans three generations. With a strong foundation in the trade and a sharp understanding of the broader construction industry, he has helped shape the business with a focus on quality, professionalism, and long-term growth. His ability to build strong industry relationships and represent Brickbiz at a high level has been central to the company’s continued momentum.

Marco Scardinale

General Manager

Marco is Brickbiz’s Site general manager, and a vital link between the builder and the bricklaying team on site. He provides clear direction to crews, maintains strong quality control, and helps ensure works are delivered in line with both project expectations and Brickbiz standards. With extensive experience across commercial projects, Marco brings a practical, well-rounded understanding of site operations and the demands of large-scale construction. Having worked under respected industry leaders, he brings a wealth of knowledge, discipline, and on-site presence that adds real strength to Brickbiz’s delivery.
